• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support • Manage SLAs and KPIs for support operations • Lead system and tenant migrations • Maintain documentation and improve processes
🎯 Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in IT support • Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, Linux, and networking • Familiarity with VoIP systems and cloud platforms • Experience with Active Directory and system migrations
