📋 Description

• Sourcing Candidates: Identify and attract potential candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. • Screening & Shortlisting: Evaluate candidates based on job requirements, ensuring the right fit for both skill sets and cultural alignment. • Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. • Database Management: Maintain an updated database of potential candidates and track their recruitment journey. • Client Liaison: Collaborate with clients to understand job specifications and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly. • Offer Management: Facilitate discussions related to job offers, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on blue-collar roles. • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and tools. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple clients and candidates simultaneously. • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills. • Proactive and result-driven approach.
