📋 Description

• Oversee the end-to-end order processing lifecycle for all Ookla product lines • Design, implement, and continuously optimize operational workflows to reduce friction • Partner with the Sales team to enforce accountability regarding key CRM inputs • Own and streamline the administration of vendor intake forms and customer onboarding processes • Manage operational requirements for RFPs, ensuring timely and accurate submission of operational data • Serve as the subject matter expert on how deal structures impact revenue and work closely with Legal and Finance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations • Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) • Strong foundational knowledge of contracting frameworks and revenue recognition principles • Proven track record of building and scaling operational processes from scratch • Ability to build strong relationships with Sales leadership and hold teams accountable to data and process standards • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-variable workflows
