📋 Description

• Provide customer service via phone, email, SMS, and chat throughout the closing process • Manage a real estate closing pipeline with Operations teams to support accurate, on-time closings • Build relationships with brokerages and agents and participate in client meetings as needed • Review multi-state purchase contracts for contractual, legal, and regulatory compliance • Understand and meet local market expectations, customs, and practices • Identify and explain title issues and requirements and guide parties through resolution • Calculate and prepare closing fees and accurate disbursements • Collaborate with lenders to balance Closing Disclosures and prepare loan and closing document packages • Work cross-functionally with exam, curative, funding, and post-closing teams • Adapt to evolving workflows and platform enhancements • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams • Work across multiple applications and maintain service standards and performance metrics in Zillow’s Cloud HQ environment

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in closing operations, real estate transactions, mortgage operations, or a related high-volume, documentation-focused operations environment • Experience in title and escrow closing, ideally with purchase transactions across multiple states • Comfortable defining service standards and key performance indicators • Strong customer service orientation • Comfortable using technologies and workflow tools for high-volume phone and email communication • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple transactions • Clear and effective communication skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn and follow county, state, and regulatory requirements • Problem-solving mindset and ability to partner with technical teams on discovery, testing, and feedback • Team-oriented and collaborative across functions • Willingness to obtain state escrow licensing where required • Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, are a plus
