• Effectively identify and attract G&A and Customer Team candidates • Source a large pipeline of high quality candidates across high priority roles • Engage exceptional candidates, vet them, and manage interviewing and hiring processes • Partner with Zip’s leaders to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles • Track recruiting metrics and performance to continuously improve recruiting processes
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years experience of sourcing experience on business roles • Ability to influence and build strong relationship with senior leadership • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills • Strong sense of ownership and strive for excellence • Detail-oriented and organized • Proven track record of building strong relationships with senior leadership • Strong experience with ATS systems, ideally Ashby
