📋 Description

• Act as the senior technical voice on strategic pursuits • Lead discovery with customer CTOs, CIOs, and Chief Procurement Officers • Close the architectural gap between customer landscapes and Zip • Create foundational EA assets, including system landscape templates, reference architectures, integration capability matrices, security and compliance packets, and objection response libraries • Lead the technical integration narrative for SAP, Oracle, Workday, Netsuite, Coupa, and adjacent systems • Translate customer landscapes into credible integration plans using Zip's proprietary middleware • Translate customer requirements into product inputs and influence roadmap prioritization • Coach Solution Engineers and Account Executives on technical positioning, objection handling, and executive-level architectural conversations • Partner with Sales, Solution Engineering, and Product to evangelize Zip to major brands

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, pre-sales engineering, or product roles at B2B SaaS, iPaaS, or ERP / system-of-record vendors • Knowledge of the full intake-to-pay lifecycle and how data moves between systems • Strong command of APIs, data models, and integration patterns across SAP (Ariba, S/4HANA, ECC), Oracle, Workday, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, and other ERP systems • Hands-on fluency with iPaaS (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato), REST APIs, event-driven patterns, and ETL • Proven success selling into or implementing at Fortune 500 customers • Track record of owning security reviews and PoCs at enterprise scale • Comfort operating as the senior technical voice with CIOs, CFOs, and CPOs • Experience standing up a function, team, or regional practice from the ground up preferred • Experience at a category-defining, high-growth SaaS company or Big 4 Consulting Experience preferred • TOGAF Certified preferred • Legally authorized to work in Canada
