📋 Description

• Execute strategies to maximize sales performance within the assigned geography • Meet overall sales objectives and growth-product targets through demand generation • Launch new products and service offerings and generate new equipment leads • Demonstrate solution selling capabilities and relevant technical knowledge • Build and maintain relationships with targeted hospitals and personnel • Interact with customers following Zoetis promotional guidelines • Develop and execute territory business plans and resource allocation • Meet field activity expectations, including sales calls and medical education programs • Develop and execute account- and veterinarian-level call cycles • Collaborate professionally with Zoetis Petcare colleagues while meeting integrity, compliance, administrative, and teamwork expectations • Travel within the territory and work some evenings for educational programs

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) required • 3-10 years of documented and successful consultative sales experience • Success in previous roles including creatively finding opportunities or solving problems to drive sales performance • Animal Health experience and knowledge of small animal veterinary medicine • Verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn Zoetis systems • Ability to manage assigned expense budgets • Ability to work independently and in a close team environment • Ability and willingness to travel and work some evenings as required by the position • All applicants must possess or obtain authorization to work in the US for Zoetis
