📋 Description

• Support veterinary clinics, laboratory research, and veterinary academic settings onsite • Assist with implementation, training, operation, applications, and problem resolution for veterinary diagnostics products • Improve diagnostic product utilization and adoption while minimizing implementation time • Identify, qualify, track, and evaluate clinic pain points • Design and implement clinic workflow processes that improve customer experience • Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex system problems • Deliver formal and informal product guidance, instruction, and training presentations • Perform post-sale product installation and validation, applications, and operations training • Document daily activities and prepare detailed customer visit reports • Collaborate with the Area Business Manager and Diagnostic Solutions Consultant • Conduct conversations with DVMs and practice managers to expand product-line adoption • Identify and report opportunities for additional analyzers and referrals from existing customers • Travel regularly to multiple locations within Northwest Ohio and attend scheduled out-of-state meetings and training

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of experience working in a clinical setting • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe • Knowledge of diagnostic products, instrumentation, and clinic processes • Analytical mindset and demonstrable critical thinking skills • Availability and willingness to travel up to 90% of the work week within the territory • Flexibility to accommodate customer visit requests • Ability to safely lift and move 60 lbs • Associate’s degree required; equivalent experience accepted • Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and auto insurance • Demonstrated expertise in veterinary terminology/science • Organizational, prioritization, and time management skills • Ability to multitask and work independently
