📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans for your territory, including short- and long-term goals, market analysis, and strategic tactics to develop new business opportunities. • Understand customer needs, handle enquiries, and provide exceptional service to maximise customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through proactive acquisition and qualification of potential customers in your territory. • Building and managing a sales pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of sales opportunities and effectively nurturing leads throughout the sales cycle. • Delivering compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings. • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management. • Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong sales background in selling complex solutions to distributors and/or end users. • Exceptional negotiation, communication and presentation skills. • Results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets and increasing sales. • Ability and motivation to work remotely and visit customers 3-4 days/week throughout the territory. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and effectively prioritise. • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce). • Fluent German and very good English skills.
