📋 Description

• Lead the design of how people experience agents inside GTM One, ZoomInfo's unified go-to-market platform • Own the agent experience across universal chat, including status communication, input requests, and reporting on long-running work • Design interactions for agents creating artifacts, apps, and automations built on context • Define how agent outputs appear to customers • Build cost estimation and credit-approval moments into chat • Establish evals as a design instrument to assess launch readiness and guide post-launch changes • Design trust mechanics for calibrating confidence in agent output, including failure, uncertainty, and partial results • Prototype in code, open pull requests, and ship working proposals into the codebase alongside engineering • Partner with product management and engineering on orchestration and tool infrastructure • Define problems alongside solutions while operating with thin briefs and acting as a product thinker

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years designing AI or agentic products where the model's behavior was the product itself • Experience running evals for an agent, including explaining readiness before launch and changes after real users interacted with it • Track record of shipping in code, prototyping with AI coding tools, opening pull requests, and reading backend contracts • Working understanding of how LLMs behave in production, including latency, streaming, tool calling, confidence, and failure modes • Experience working directly with engineering in their channels and on their timelines • Preferred: Domain depth designing for sellers, marketers, RevOps, or CS inside a CRM, sales-engagement, data, or revenue-intelligence product • Preferred: Experience with enterprise complexity, data-dense interfaces, bulk operations, or long-running jobs • Preferred: Experience designing for a product where usage directly costs the customer money • Preferred: Comfort blending UX research with agentic design • Interviews include walking through a real agent-surface decision, an eval run and its impact, a go-to-market workflow, an open-problem working session, and personal tooling
