📋 Description

• Build the foundations that power AI Agents at scale • Design systems for reliability, performance, and change • Use modern AI tools in daily work • Actively push the frontier of engineering with new AI tooling

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent coding skills in Java, Scala, or Python and a passion for learning • Solid expertise in enhancing your engineering setup and workflow with AI dev tools • Excellent knowledge of SQL and relational databases • Excellent system design skills that allow you to choose technologies and architectures wisely • Experience with distributed systems • Product acumen, ownership, and focus on value delivered for the customers • Working proficiency in English and Polish (both spoken and written) • It will be awesome if you have: • - Experience with Docker Swarm / Kubernetes • - Experience with NoSQL databases and GraphQL • - Experience with Kafka or other message brokers
