📋 Description
• Completes field inspections and related responsibilities such as reading maps and aerial photos • Discusses findings of crop loss with farmers on complex claims • Performs fact finding regarding crop damage and transmits loss information • Completes claim reviews and audits on lower-level adjusters as assigned • Ensures legal compliance by maintaining knowledge of regulatory and company policies
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or Equivalent • 6 or more months of experience in the agricultural area • Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program Certification (CAPP) must be obtained with 180 days of hire date • Reliable personal transportation and travel within territory • Valid Driver’s License
