⢠First point of contact for questions regarding the use of the following software products: ERP software for staffing agencies, time management go!, applicant management talents!, document management docs! ⢠Support customers by phone and respond to email inquiries ⢠Guide customers through the implementation of the software products (onboarding) in an advisory and project-leading role ⢠Assist in analyzing potential issues and contribute your own ideas to finding solutions
⢠Enjoy helping others use our software products ⢠Structured, transparent and customer-oriented communication style ⢠Completed commercial or technical education (HAK, HTL, vocational training or comparable qualification) ⢠Strong communication skills with a good command of language ⢠Good German (spoken and written) and knowledge of English ⢠Analytical mindset and enjoyment of working with software ⢠Experience in helpdesk roles or in the temporary staffing industry is an advantage
