📋 Description

• First point of contact for questions regarding the use of the following software products: ERP software for staffing agencies, time management go!, applicant management talents!, document management docs! • Support customers by phone and respond to email inquiries • Guide customers through the implementation of the software products (onboarding) in an advisory and project-leading role • Assist in analyzing potential issues and contribute your own ideas to finding solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Enjoy helping others use our software products • Structured, transparent and customer-oriented communication style • Completed commercial or technical education (HAK, HTL, vocational training or comparable qualification) • Strong communication skills with a good command of language • Good German (spoken and written) and knowledge of English • Analytical mindset and enjoyment of working with software • Experience in helpdesk roles or in the temporary staffing industry is an advantage
