📋 Description
• Review video content according to guidelines • Provide research and editorial services regarding current pop culture video content • Identify patterns and provide insight on the digital landscape • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partnerships to deliver editorial feedback and research on video content • Review video content for compliance with provided guidelines and client goals • Identify patterns or trends in video content while adhering to client guidelines • Report to agreed-upon shifts on time, maintain required communication methods, and complete shifts according to guidelines • Attend company, manager, and team meetings as needed or required • Evaluate and assess the assigned number of videos required to meet daily deliverables • Apply awareness of the cultural and political climate to the work • Participate in and encourage the growth of 1021’s culture • Use company- and client-approved AI tools and policies in project workflows and identify emerging AI trends • Complete special projects as needed • May be exposed to disturbing content during video review
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian; Indonesian language is mandatory • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant job or industry • Must be able to work a consistent schedule from a location within your home state or locality due to legal requirements and material sensitivity • Experience working remotely and within multicultural teams • Experience with content moderation, content review, curation, or similar roles • Knowledge of content review guidelines and best practices • Experience with copywriting and proofreading, preferably with a focus on entertainment content • Comfortable working with Google Suite, spreadsheets, and other data management tools • Flexibility to adapt to changes in guidelines, workflows, and tools • Strong understanding of digital streaming products, particularly video and its ecosystem • Ability to review information with an analytical and objective mindset in a fast-paced environment • Keen interest in or knowledge of pop culture, social media trends and creators, and trending video content • Strong familiarity with memes, hit songs, and pop culture content trends • Familiarity with popular social media platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, X, Twitch, and Clubhouse • Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week for the short-term engagement
