📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Managers and gain in-depth knowledge of the hardware product portfolio (PV, energy storage, heat pumps, and wallboxes) • Support innovations in sustainable energy solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle • Serve as a central interface for internal and external stakeholders • Conduct strategic analyses as well as technical product and competitor comparisons • Derive and implement concrete product initiatives • Prepare complex technical hardware products in a clear and engaging way for Sales teams • Identify, visualize, and continuously improve product metrics • Leverage cutting-edge technologies and targeted AI tools to optimize product management processes and analyses

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in business, engineering, or a related field • Available for an internship lasting 4 months or longer, or as a working student for 15–20 hours per week • Ideally, initial practical experience in product management, strategy development, or market insights • Initial exposure to, interest in, or knowledge of CleanTech, renewable energy, or hardware systems is a plus • Strong affinity for AI and/or prior AI knowledge; experience with AI tools is a plus • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts clearly and effectively to different target audiences • Highly independent, proactive, and structured working style with a strong sense of ownership • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary work environment • Agile, results-oriented mindset and strong team-player mentality • Fluent German (C-level proficiency) • Fluent written and spoken English
