📋 Description

• Develop AC designs for commercial PV systems, battery storage systems, and charging infrastructure, including fast-charging projects • Coordinate with grid operators to determine optimal feed-in points and grid connection solutions • Perform grid and cable calculations • Create conceptual and detailed single-line diagrams (SLDs) in EPLAN and SIMARIS • Plan low- and medium-voltage systems, including transformer substations, instrument transformer metering, and designs compliant with German technical connection rules (TAB) • Prepare cable-pulling schedules, wiring diagrams, and project-specific AC installation instructions • Coordinate external service providers for grid connections and system certification • Provide technical support to Sales in project assessments and existing-system analyses

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, or vocational training supplemented by certification as an electrical engineering technician or industrial master electrician • Several years of experience in AC planning for PV systems, battery storage systems, or charging infrastructure • In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, such as VDE, TAB, and VDE-AR-N 4105, 4110, or 4120 • Experience connecting electrical systems to low- and medium-voltage grids • Proficiency with planning tools such as EPLAN; SIMARIS experience is a plus • Structured approach to work and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration • Very good German and good English skills
