📋 Description

• Work in the B2B team on the offer tool, operating system, and installation manager • Digitize operations and processes for installation companies • Enable customers to make purchase decisions through efficient, standardized, and understandable quote flows • Create exceptional user experiences and visually appealing interfaces for Operating System work streams: Field Operations, Business Operations, and Warehousing • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define problems, lead discoveries, and create user flows • Create high-fidelity interactive designs and iteratively improve them based on user and stakeholder feedback • Understand complex models and problems and design intuitive, simple, user-centric solutions • Collaborate with designers to improve design language and UX patterns • Advocate for user-focused design and contribute to the designer community • Bring ideas to the table and shape the product vision

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of product design experience (Web, Android, iOS) building excellent user-centric digital products • Strong grasp of visual design and accessibility • Ability to turn complex problems into elegant, simple solutions • Awareness of design trends and industry best practices • Experience working in an agile environment • Very strong written and spoken English skills • Experience and interest in the climate tech industry is a bonus • Fluent German is a bonus point
