📋 Description

• Manage the community on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn • Respond promptly to comments and messages in the tone of 1KOMMA5° • Screen new reviews on Trustpilot and Google • Report any issues or unusual activity and support appropriate follow-up measures • Monitor the relevant YouTube landscape weekly and share observations in a structured manner • Actively comment on the company’s own social media posts to increase reach and visibility • Take into account the different platform dynamics and audiences • Post valuable comments on other accounts covering the energy transition, solar PV, and heat pumps • Independently contribute to the GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) project • Develop and test wording to improve visibility in AI-powered search results and responses • Integrate GEO into content creation

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled at a German university or university of applied sciences for at least two more semesters • Studying marketing, communications, media, business administration, or a comparable subject • Excellent written German and a confident, polished writing style • English skills are an advantage • Understanding of the differences between Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn in terms of tone, format, and target audience • Initial experience in community or social media management is a plus, but not required • Experience with social media management tools such as Agorapulse or comparable tools is helpful • Basic understanding of SEO and/or GEO is a plus • Interest in the energy transition • Strong feel for language and people
