📋 Description

• Manage the community on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, responding promptly to comments and messages in the brand voice • Screen new reviews on Trustpilot and Google • Report any irregularities and help implement appropriate measures • Monitor the relevant YouTube landscape weekly and review selected channels and posts related to 1KOMMA5° • Share observations with the team in a structured manner • Actively engage with comments on company posts immediately after new content is published, initiate discussions, and increase reach and visibility • Monitor platform dynamics and tailor communication to each platform • Post valuable comments on other accounts about the energy transition, photovoltaic systems, heat pumps, and related topics • Take ownership of GEO as an independent project • Help develop how social media and community content can be written and prepared to improve visibility in AI-powered search results and responses • Test new wording approaches and integrate GEO into content creation

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled at a German university for at least two more semesters • Studying marketing, communications, media, business administration, or a comparable subject • Excellent German writing skills and a strong command of style • English skills are an advantage • An intuitive understanding of the differences between Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn in terms of tone, format, and target audience • Initial experience in community or social media management is a plus, but not required • Experience with social media management tools such as Agorapulse or comparable platforms is helpful • Basic understanding of SEO or GEO is a plus • Willingness to learn about GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and actively help shape the topic • Interest in the energy transition
