📋 Description

• Audit & Assessment: Conduct a full audit of our current GHL setup, workflows, automations, pipelines, and overall architecture. • Identify inefficiencies, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improved performance and scalability. • Provide a clear, actionable report outlining recommended enhancements and best-practice improvements. • Optimization & Enhancements: Optimize existing automations, triggers, workflows, and funnels for efficiency and reliability. • Ensure our system is aligned with GHL best practices for small to medium-sized business environments. • Improve overall system organization, usability, and long-term maintainability. • Integrations & Advanced Features: Advise and assist with integrating third-party tools and platforms into GHL. • Configure and guide us on advanced GHL features, including AI-powered tools and newly released capabilities. • Ensure that all integrations function seamlessly within our existing architecture. • Strategy & Guidance: Provide expert-level recommendations to help us fully utilize GHL’s capabilities. • Offer ongoing strategic advice on how to leverage GHL to streamline operations and increase efficiency. • Support our team in understanding system improvements and adopting best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven expertise in GoHighLevel setup, optimization, and automation design. • Deep understanding of GHL best practices, advanced features, and high-level system architecture. • Strong experience integrating third-party applications with GHL. • Knowledgeable in optimizing GHL for small to medium-sized business operations. • Ability to review complex existing systems and recommend elevated, scalable solutions. • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
