📋 Description

• Implement pre-release and post-deployment verifications • Integrate with Rundeck or Azure DevOps for application deployment • Implement application control solutions, including start/stop scripts • Integrate with monitoring solutions such as OpsRamp, Grafana, and Splunk • Support annual DR/BCP testing requirements • Provision and set up new servers • Support user authentication and authorization processes and workflows • Configure authentication and service accounts • Follow up on production incidents and problem tickets • Troubleshoot trading and market data production issues • Recommend and implement infrastructure improvements • Use Python scripting

🎯 Requirements

• Familiar with Linux: command line, standard file editing/searching/manipulation, shell scripting, etc. • Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL: understanding of tables, views, indexes; how to query and modify data; query performance/optimization • Working experience with job automation tools such as Tidal, Autosys, Control-M, etc. • Good communication skills, able to express concerns/risks and document and communicate corrective and preventative action plans to stakeholders • Methodical approach to problem solving and incident management • Able to define and document operational procedures and runbooks • Familiarity with release packaging and deployment: Rundeck, Ansible, etc. • Understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks • Enthusiasm to learn regulatory and trading workflows • Takes ownership and drives solutions to completion • Amenable to shift gears on Regulatory Ops business priorities • Ability to multitask and troubleshoot L3 Support during NY hours • Must have the right to work in Costa Rica
