📋 Description

• Review, prioritise and follow up on new client enquiries • Speak with prospective clients to understand their employment-related issues • Triage enquiries and identify matters requiring solicitor input • Explain relevant services and fixed-fee options to prospective clients • Manage client follow-ups and support conversion of suitable enquiries into instructions • Assist with onboarding, payment and solicitor allocation • Maintain accurate records of enquiries and client communications • Support solicitors with case documents, chronologies, legal research and correspondence • Assist with settlement agreements, Employment Tribunal matters and general employment law casework

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience or strong knowledge of UK Employment Law • Experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Employment Adviser, CILEX professional, Solicitor or similar • Excellent spoken and written English • Strong client communication and telephone skills • Excellent organisation, follow-up and time-management skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Strong commercial judgment and ability to identify when matters require escalation • Client intake, legal business development or lead-conversion experience is highly desirable • Solicitor qualification is not required
