📋 Description

• Lead the global Finance organization and act as a strategic partner to the CEO, Executive Committee and Board • Drive sustainable, profitable growth while strengthening financial discipline, operational performance and long-term value creation • Shape the SaaS operating model, optimize resource allocation and balance growth, profitability and cash generation • Turn financial insights into business decisions and foster accountability across Revenue, Product, People and Operations • Support strategic priorities including M&A, investor relations and future liquidity events • Assess financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, performance management, systems, internal controls and governance • Deliver an initial diagnostic of key risks, opportunities and short-term priorities • Build an 18-month Finance roadmap with the CEO • Strengthen forecasting, SaaS metrics, management reporting and financial business partnering • Identify cost-efficiency, productivity, resource-allocation, automation and scalability opportunities • Own Board reporting, investor communications and financial planning • Assess and strengthen M&A due diligence and post-acquisition performance tracking • Establish a best-in-class financial operating model with reliable forecasts, transparent KPIs and clear accountability • Build a high-performing, scalable global Finance organization • Strengthen financial governance, compliance, audit readiness and risk management across international entities • Support strategic acquisitions and financial integration • Partner with the CEO and Board on long-term financial strategy, capital structure and potential fundraising or liquidity scenarios

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Finance, including senior leadership in B2B SaaS, ideally scaling from €30–50M to €100M+ ARR • Strong grasp of ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, gross margin, retention and Rule of 40 • Expertise in forecasting, financial modeling, performance management and data-driven decision-making • Ability to balance growth investments, profitability, cash generation and operational efficiency • Trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Committee, able to challenge assumptions and drive accountability • Experience with PE/Growth Equity investors, Board reporting, financial governance and capital allocation • Exposure to M&A, due diligence, fundraising and capital structure; transaction leadership is a plus • Strong command of accounting, reporting, treasury, cash management, compliance and internal controls • Track record of building high-performing teams, automating processes and scaling international Finance operations • Hands-on, pragmatic and accountable; aligned with Convexity’s values of Impact, Rational Thinking, High Accountability and Scalability • Fluent English; French is a plus • Background check required
