📋 Description

• Master the platform's core user experience and Collaborative Learning methodology • Become a platform expert from user and administrator perspectives and get certified on the methodology • Shadow existing Stadium webinars and Academy workflows • Host Stadium webinars and receive peer feedback • Identify and execute Engagement Academy updates aligned with product releases • Define quarterly priorities with a coach in relation to the Support & Services roadmap • Contribute to the Confluence internal knowledge base • Lead projects improving the One-to-Many strategy, including webinar formats, Academy gamification, or localized content • Participate in Product Manager discovery meetings and share client usage and adoption insights • Analyze Academy completion rates and Stadium satisfaction scores to improve the training catalog • Build processes and update Confluence for daily team work • Onboard and mentor new Trainers • Own a recurring team pillar, such as serving as the internal referral for complex solution training • Develop advanced toolkits and training paths based on successful client use cases • Work closely with Customer Success and Product teams to align training with client needs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of successful experience as a Trainer OR successful client-facing experience in Customer Success/Care • Recognized listening and teaching skills • Clear and concise written and oral communication • Proactive approach and preference for a strong results-oriented culture • Past experience in the learning industry is a plus • Excellent overall writing skills in different styles and tones • Impeccable spelling and grammar in German, English, and French • Enthusiasm for the company's working environment and Convexity Culture
