📋 Description

• Serve as the pedagogical and platform expert within the Professional Services team • Empower clients to build Collaborative Learning organizations by mastering the platform and methodology • Own the One-to-Many offer, including Engagement Academy and Stadium webinars • Deliver scalable learning experiences that help clients succeed from implementation onward • Work closely with Customer Success and Product teams to align training with client friction points and needs • Master the platform’s core user experience and Collaborative Learning methodology • Become certified on the company methodology • Shadow and host Stadium webinars • Update the Engagement Academy based on product releases • Define quarterly priorities with a coach • Contribute to the Confluence knowledge base • Lead projects improving the One-to-Many strategy • Participate in Product discovery meetings and share client adoption insights • Analyze Academy completion rates and Stadium satisfaction scores • Build processes and update Confluence • Onboard and mentor new Trainers • Own a recurring team pillar • Develop advanced toolkits and training paths based on successful client use cases

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of successful experience as a Trainer OR successful client-facing experience in Customer Success/Care • Recognized listening and teaching skills • Clear and concise written and oral communication • Proactive approach and preference for a strong results-oriented culture • Past experience in the learning industry is a plus • Excellent overall writing skills in different styles/tones • Impeccable spelling and grammar in German, English, and French • Enthusiasm for the company’s working environment and culture
