📋 Description

• Your mission is to empower our clients to build Collaborative Learning organizations by mastering our platform and methodology. • As the owner of our "One-to-Many" offering (Engagement Academy & Stadium webinars), you ensure every client has the knowledge and confidence to make their project a success. • You develop a scalable learning ecosystem that provides every client with the best possible start in mastering our Collaborative Learning methodology. • You will work closely with the Customer Success and Product teams to ensure our training offering addresses the actual friction points and needs of our client base.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of successful experience as a Trainer OR successful client-facing experience in Customer Success/Care. • You are recognized for your listening and teaching skills. • You express your ideas clearly and concisely, both in writing and orally. • You are proactive and thrive in a strong results-oriented culture. • Experience in the learning industry is a plus. • Excellent writing skills across different styles/tones, with impeccable spelling and grammar in German, English, and French. • Enthusiasm for our working environment explained here: https://bit.ly/Convexity360L
