📋 Description

• Responsibility for and prioritization of the product backlog • Capturing requirements from operational business and translating them into clear, actionable tickets for development • Acting as a liaison between development, business units and operations • Creating user flows, wireframes and mock-ups • Applying UI/UX research to derive product decisions from the needs of different target groups • Closely supporting implementation, clarifying open questions and taking ownership of the product

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or in a comparable role • Practical experience in UI/UX research and in creating mock-ups and user flows • Strong understanding of business processes and different user groups • Quick comprehension, structured working style and clear communication • Enjoyment of taking responsibility and driving topics independently • Experience collaborating with development teams and business units is an advantage • Willingness and enthusiasm to grow with the company
