📋 Description

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn, and other platforms • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements • Coordinate interviews and manage interview scheduling • Communicate with candidates regarding application updates and interview processes • Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports • Maintain and update internal employee databases and HR records • Organize employee documentation and onboarding information • Support onboarding and offboarding processes • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data • Assist in planning and coordinating employee training sessions and internal engagement activities • Track participation and maintain training records

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field • Strong interest in Human Resources and people management • Excellent communication and coordination skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple tasks • Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office tools, and Canva • Prior internship or exposure to HR activities is good to have • Familiarity with recruitment platforms or applicant tracking tools is good to have • Interest in employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives is good to have • A very engaging and active personal LinkedIn profile is good to have
