📋 Description

• Conduct technical due diligence for wind installations in Benelux, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Asia • Perform technical reviews of main wind turbine components • Review contracts, including TSA, O&M contracts, Power Purchase Agreements, and grid connection agreements • Review land leases and building permits • Review environmental impact studies • Review long-term energy yield assessments • Deliver technical due diligence studies according to planning, budget, and internal quality processes • Liaise with project lenders, sponsors, and other project stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• +5 years of experience in Technical Due Diligence services (contract review, yield assessment, site visits) in the wind energy sector • Fluency in English, both spoken and written • Experience working in cooperation with renewable energy developers and/or financiers • Experience writing bankable reports, punch lists, and site visit reports • Required training certificates for site inspections (GWO working at heights) • Strong practical and organizational skills
