📋 Description

• Support the Ministry of Education tender with Sales and Account Management • Plan and deliver structured school rollouts and onboarding through training sessions, webinars and self-service resources • Deliver and improve professional development sessions for teachers and school leaders, primarily on Mathletics and also Mathseeds • Build and maintain professional development content and resources • Use participant feedback to improve future sessions • Develop school success plans with adoption milestones and usage targets aligned to curriculum needs • Monitor usage and engagement data to identify adoption gaps and at-risk schools • Run targeted interventions to help schools realise product value • Build trusted relationships with school leaders, teachers and administrators • Support Sales with customer insights and renewals by demonstrating ongoing value • Collaborate with Customer Support Specialists, Technical Support and Product teams to resolve issues and share classroom feedback • Maintain accurate records of school interactions, engagement and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Background in education, such as classroom teaching, school leadership or curriculum experience • Strong understanding of the New Zealand education context, including the New Zealand curriculum • Experience delivering training, mentoring other teachers, professional learning or workshops to adults • Demonstrated success managing school relationships and driving product adoption in educational settings • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Confidence presenting and facilitating training • Ability to interpret usage data and feedback to inform school engagement • Proficiency with cloud-based tools and a CRM • Customer outcome focus and consultative, relationship-first approach • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills • Ability to manage time across a three-day week • Self-motivation to work independently in a remote role • Right to work in New Zealand • Reliable home internet connection and workspace • Previous experience with Mathletics or Mathseeds, or experience training adults on a product, is an asset
