📋 Description

• Advise homeowners and sell the product portfolio, with a focus on heat pumps, in the Münster–Osnabrück–Bielefeld region • Independently plan and structure on-site appointments and consultations • Communicate transparently and develop tailored solutions from initial contact through project completion • Clarify technical questions regarding heat pumps, photovoltaics, air-conditioning systems, EV charging stations, energy management systems (EMS), and dynamic electricity tariffs • Manage pre-qualified leads with genuine customer interest • Serve as the liaison between pre-sales, customers, and project coordination • Help ensure smooth installations • Contribute to the energy transition in the building sector and the development of sustainable energy systems

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in technical sales, ideally in B2C field sales • Enthusiasm for renewable energy, particularly heat pumps and photovoltaics • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to customer consultations • High intrinsic motivation to quickly acquire technical knowledge, or well-founded knowledge gained independently • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset • Digital affinity and ability to quickly learn new tools • Team player with a positive attitude and active commitment to shared goals • Fluent German at C2 level (mandatory) • Category B driver’s license (mandatory)
