📋 Description
• Deliver live training sessions for beginner and intermediate classes; • Create and structure complete learning paths; • Develop hands-on labs, real-world case studies, and performance assessments; • Record structured lessons for e-learning (EAD) courses; • Demonstrate and teach solutions such as ITSM, App Engine, Flow Designer, and Service Portal; • Use editing tools and generative AI to optimize scripts and lesson content.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as an instructor, teacher, or facilitator; • Strong knowledge of scripting, Flow Designer, and APIs; • Intermediate/Advanced English (B2); • Proven familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools, especially LLMs; • Experience with editing tools (Canva, Camtasia, Capcut, or similar).
