📋 Description

• Deliver live training sessions for beginner and intermediate cohorts • Create and structure comprehensive learning paths • Develop hands-on labs, real-world case studies, and performance assessments • Record structured lessons for online courses • Demonstrate and teach solutions such as ITSM, App Engine, Flow Designer, and Service Portal • Use editing tools and generative AI to optimize scripts and lesson content

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an instructor, teacher, or facilitator • Strong knowledge of scripting, Flow Designer, and APIs • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2) • Demonstrated familiarity with artificial intelligence tools, especially large language models (LLMs) • Experience with editing tools such as Canva, Camtasia, CapCut, or similar platforms • CSA and CAD certifications are a plus • Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business chatbots, Copilot, and Claude is a plus
