📋 Description

• Lead our consulting team and project business to achieve optimal performance • Continuously improve key performance indicators, especially customer satisfaction, project objectives and progress, employee satisfaction and development, and revenue targets • Own the planning and execution of staffing and resource needs; ensure balanced workloads and look after the team’s wellbeing • Regularly monitor project goals and progress, including the necessary company-wide collaboration to secure successful outcomes • Serve as the team’s point of contact and sparring partner for project-related issues • Participate in steering committees for client projects • Conduct development and performance reviews with team members • Promote and optimize holistic knowledge building as well as the individual training and development of your team • Further develop and optimize our standardized methodologies and processes • Continuously monitor and improve our onboarding process • Actively involve employees in shaping our company and growth strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification through experience • At least two years of experience as a team or department leader • Extensive experience with ERP implementation projects, ideally in the construction industry • A passion for leading, motivating, developing and challenging our consulting team • Strong communication and assertiveness skills in one-on-one and group situations • Ability to represent 4PS professionally, even in critical customer situations
