📋 Description

• Run daily community operations across Discord • Engage community members and maintain active, welcoming conversations • Moderate Discord channels, enforce rules, and manage flagged content and reports, including warnings, timeouts, and bans • Run or support events, tournaments, streams, and Discord takeovers • Process ambassador applications and onboarding, coordinate activations, and support regional community needs • Process creator tickets and application-server requests and help manage creator workflows • Review winner submissions for compliance and deliver rewards for community and ambassador activities • Track highlights, bugs, sentiment, and risks and escalate through internal channels • Contribute to daily community feedback reporting and operational updates

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Brazilian Portuguese (C1 minimum) and intermediate English (B2 minimum) • Located in Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, or Peru • Previous online community management experience, ideally on Discord • Previous moderation experience and ability to enforce guidelines consistently • Ability to de-escalate conflicts with fairness and clarity • Organized and able to process tickets, reports, and reward queues accurately • Minimum internet speed of 15 Mb/s download and 15 Mb/s upload with international latency under 120 ms • Minimum 8 GB RAM • Windows 11 (except Windows S Mode) or macOS 13.0 or newer • Processor with CPU Mark of at least 9220; 8th Gen Intel or above, or 2nd Gen Ryzen or above • GPU with G3D Rating of 4806 or stronger • Smartphone for two-factor authentication running Android 10.0+ or iOS 16.0+
