📋 Description

• Leverage analytical skills to support retail optimization projects • Experiment with machine learning models to forecast sales volume and costs • Interface with retailers to continuously improve the 7Learnings software • Collaborate closely with the engineering team in Berlin • Optimize data pipelines and predictive model codebases • Support monitoring, measurement, and exploration of large-scale datasets • Own the localized evolution of the product for regional operations • Ensure AI-driven decision engines are mathematically sound, highly optimized, and engineering-resilient • Maintain low technical debt and exceptionally high model accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field • Minimum 3 years of experience as a data scientist and independent work with customers • A results-oriented, pragmatic mindset • Hands-on experience in machine learning and data science • Prior experience with Git, TensorFlow, Google Cloud Platform, SQL, or BigQuery • Strong project management skills, with prior experience or a strong interest in e-commerce and the fashion industry • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a proven track record of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences • English: Professional working proficiency (minimum C1 level) • Located in Sydney
