📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain AI assistants, agents, and intelligent automation solutions. • Develop AI-powered applications using LLMs. • Implement prompt engineering, tool calling, agent frameworks, and AI orchestration. • Build AI assistants, copilots, and intelligent agents. • Integrate enterprise systems using REST APIs, OAuth, and event-driven architectures. • Work with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and similar AI automation platforms. • Deploy and maintain cloud-based AI services using Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps, or similar services. • Implement workflow orchestration, human-in-the-loop processes, and approval workflows. • Apply AI safety, output validation, access controls, and secure development practices. • Test, troubleshoot, and support AI applications in production.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or related roles. • Strong programming skills in Python, C#, or TypeScript. • Experience developing AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs). • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, tool calling, agent frameworks, and AI orchestration. • Experience building AI assistants, copilots, and intelligent agents. • Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI integration patterns. • Experience integrating enterprise systems using REST APIs, OAuth, and event-driven architectures. • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar AI automation platforms. • Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps, or cloud-based services. • Knowledge of workflow orchestration, human-in-the-loop processes, and approval workflows. • Understanding of AI safety, output validation, access controls, and secure development practices. • Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and supporting AI applications in production. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, or Agent SDKs. • Preferred: Experience building multi-agent systems and enterprise AI solutions. • Preferred: Knowledge of HL7 FHIR. • Preferred: Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, and security best practices. • Preferred: Microsoft AI, Azure, or Power Platform certifications.
