📋 Description

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns and insights • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau and other BI tools • Design, query and manage databases to support analysis and reporting • Apply statistical methods and data modeling to support business decisions • Ensure data quality through validation, testing and troubleshooting • Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Work with teams across all functions and follow data policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related field • 4–6+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting or business intelligence • Expert in data analysis and reporting • Advanced statistical knowledge • Advanced SQL, database programming, data management, and data structures and algorithms • Excellent Tableau skills, plus experience with BI tools and data frameworks • Experience with data analytics and modeling tools • Foundational knowledge of health information exchange (HIE) systems, QA testing and pipeline management • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently and in a team
