📋 Description

• Lead QA activities and define testing strategies. • Manage QA team members and mentor QA teams. • Ensure delivery of high-quality, reliable, and secure applications. • Create and execute test plans, test strategies, and test cases. • Guide automation, performance, and quality improvement initiatives. • Conduct manual, automated, end-to-end, mobile application, API, performance, and security testing. • Support bug tracking, defect management, and test reporting. • Work in CI/CD, DevOps, cloud, and Agile/Scrum environments. • Lead QA activities for enterprise-scale applications.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance. • Strong experience in testing mobile applications (iOS and Android), including native and hybrid apps. • Hands-on experience with manual, automated, and end-to-end testing. • Strong expertise with automation tools such as Appium and Selenium. • Experience creating and executing test plans, test strategies, and test cases. • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing processes, and best practices. • Experience with API testing and validation using tools such as Postman. • Experience with performance testing using JMeter. • Experience leading, mentoring, and managing QA teams. • Ability to guide teams in automation, performance, and quality improvement initiatives. • Experience working in CI/CD and DevOps environments. • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS. • Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as Java or Python. • Experience with bug tracking, defect management, and test reporting tools. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Preferred: ISTQB Certification. • Preferred: Experience with security testing and application quality governance. • Preferred: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Preferred: Knowledge of mobile application performance optimization and monitoring. • Preferred: Experience leading QA activities for enterprise-scale applications.
