📋 Description

• Design, develop, and operate automation solutions based on Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) • Automate complex IT processes, improve service reliability, and increase operational efficiency • Act as a key technical expert and trusted advisor for automation services • Support installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of services and cross-functional Information Systems processes • Identify, consolidate, and report inefficiencies or improvement opportunities • Review requirements and specifications and identify actions within scope of responsibility • Install and test new versions • Investigate and coordinate resolution of potential and actual service problems • Report to the IS Service Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or similar • At least 6+ years of experience working with Ansible and AAP • Strong hands-on experience with Ansible and AAP, including playbook developments, managing roles, inventories and workflows • Proven experience in automation, systems engineering, DevOps or/ and Infrastructure operations • Solid understanding of Python, Linux and Windows systems, networking fundamentals, and enterprise IT environments • Good knowledge of version control (Git) and automation best practices • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze failures, optimize automation, and propose improvements • Advanced English Level is required
