📋 Description
• Supporting ABB’s worldwide buy- and sell-side financial due diligence activities • Identify risks in potential M&A transactions • Prepare, advise and execute solutions to achieve the most beneficial position • Initial target assessment including high-level financial analysis • Buy-and Sell side Financial Due Diligence preparation, execution and support • Closing accounts reviews as part of the purchase price finalization • Supporting the preparation of pro forma financials • Performing acquisition and divestment controls • Supporting the development of ABB’s accounting-related policies/directives/controls
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or Accounting • 2-4 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence • US GAAP (or IFRS) knowledge • Very good communication, project management and analytical skills • Able and willing to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines • Willing to work flexible hours and global travel ability • Communicating in English – both written and spoken
