• Provide medical-scientific expertise in diabetology to support FreeStyle Libre™ products in Switzerland; collaborate cross-functionally to develop, align and implement customer-level strategies and programs within your territory • Create and deliver scientific and medical presentations for healthcare professionals, individually or in groups, in-person, online, or as recorded formats • Conduct field visits with HCPs and discuss relevant medical-scientific topics based on available scientific evidence • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate internal training and development programs on medical-scientific topics • Perform internal medical-scientific tasks (e.g., validations, Fair Market Value assessments, B2B CRM activities) as well as administrative support • Develop and maintain a network including scientific societies, key opinion leaders (KOLs), physicians and other relevant healthcare professionals • Collaborate with ADC (Abbott Diabetes Care) Medical Affairs teams in DACH, EMEAP and at the global level • Organize medical-scientific programs for local congresses, including delivering specialized presentations • Support the selection and implementation of specific elements and events of the FreeStyle Academy™
• Recognized healthcare professional (e.g., diabetes educator, dietitian or physician) with solid clinical experience in the management of people with diabetes • Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry • Established network in diabetology in Switzerland • Demonstrated ability to work proactively and in a solution-oriented manner • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Strong digital literacy and technical understanding • Team player with creativity and autonomy • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and to work effectively within a matrix organization • Fluency in French, German and English (depending on the region); Italian is a plus • High mobility (approximately 80%, field-based position)
