📋 Description

• Provide medical-scientific expertise in diabetology to support FreeStyle Libre™ products in Switzerland • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop, align, and implement customer-level strategies and programs within the assigned territory • Prepare and deliver scientific and medical presentations for healthcare professionals — individually or in groups, in-person, online, or pre-recorded • Conduct field visits to HCPs and engage in evidence-based scientific exchange on relevant medical topics within the assigned territory • Plan, coordinate, and deliver internal training and educational programs for employees on medical-scientific topics • Perform internal medical-scientific tasks (e.g., approvals, fair-market-value assessments, B2B CRM activities) and provide administrative support • Build and maintain a network of professional societies, key opinion leaders (KOLs), physicians, and other relevant healthcare professionals in the territory • Collaborate with ADC Medical Affairs DACH, EMEAP, and Global Medical Affairs • Organize medical-scientific programs for local congresses, including delivering scientific talks • Support the selection and implementation of specific elements and events of the FreeStyle Academy™

🎯 Requirements

• Recognized healthcare professional (e.g., diabetes educator, dietitian, or physician) with extensive clinical experience in the care and treatment of people with diabetes • Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry • Established network in diabetology within Switzerland • Proven proactive, solution-oriented ('can-do') work style • Strong organizational and project management skills • High digital literacy and technical aptitude • Team-oriented approach combined with creativity and self-initiative • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively in matrix organizations • Fluent German, English, and French language skills (depending on the area of assignment); Italian is an advantage • High willingness to travel (approx. 80%, field-based role)
