📋 Description
• 日常拜访医院及客户，确保 A、B 级客户覆盖率和拜访频率 • 拜访重要医院管理人员、药剂科主任、药事委员会成员及学科带头人，获取支持 • 每周召开产品介绍会，扩大医生对产品的了解 • 根据公司指标规划负责区域并每周跟踪进度，完成销售目标 • 合理规划和管理负责区域内医院，定期更新客户科室信息并拓展区域业务 • 根据预算和市场情况预申请市场活动费用，经地区经理批准后支出，并在费用发生后三周内提交费用报告 • 根据市场部及产品经理策略制定产品及重点产品发展计划，尤其关注新产品 • 参加每周产品知识讲解和定期考试，考试成绩用于绩效评估 • 在实地有效运用业务技巧，提高拜访效率 • 管理报表
🎯 Requirements
• 每周应该保证 4.5 天的正常拜访时间 • 每天的面对面有效拜访人数不应该少于 12 人 • 应该保证对 A、B 级客户的正确覆盖率和拜访频率 • 每月至少一次拜访固定区域内重要医院的主管院长、药剂科主任、药事委员会成员、重要学科带头人 • 每周至少召开一次产品介绍会 • 每天必须保证在区域内进行 8 小时的有效拜访工作 • 每日 8:00 至 22:00 期间保持手机开机，确保公司及客户可联系
