📋 Description
• 确定NKA客户年度联合生意计划（JBP），以及季度和月目标、计划及费用预算,在规定费用内达到预期的销售量和增长率 • 负责NKA客户总部谈判和分部沟通协调、定期业绩追踪及业务回顾，以及定期拜访 • 与团队内部区域分部RKAM紧密合作，确保客户总部和重点分部之前的沟通与执行，实现业务目标的总体达成 • 确保公司市场策略和市场活动在客户端的正确执行，分析客户相关市场，确保资源的合理分配和有效投入 • 及时准确收集及反馈市场信息，预测风险，保证业务的有效推进 • 保持高水准的专业拜访，与NKA总部客户及重点分部建立稳定良好合作 • 跟踪了解进货，销售，库存情况，确保合理的库存 • 与商务同事紧密合作，确保供货通畅 • 及时、准确完成公司要求的其他各项报表 • 完成上级主管布置的其他临时任务 • 掌握完整的、不断更新的产品知识，确保产品推广信息与公司市场部保持一致 • 利用产品知识进行有效的学术推广，符合产品知识和专业销售技巧要求
🎯 Requirements
• 4年以上头部连锁药店总部对接实战经验，熟悉一心堂/健之佳管理运营体系 • 有独立谈判年度框架、新品进场、战略合作的成功案例 • 擅长数据分析并能用数据复盘生意，优化策略，推动增量 • 内外部沟通能力优异 • 掌握完整的,不断更新的产品知识 • 确保最大程度地利用产品知识进行有效的学术推广，符合产品知识和专业销售技巧的要求
