📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators, and scientific institutions in rheumatology • Deliver credible scientific presentations on disease areas and AbbVie's pipeline • Support identification and engagement of external experts for research collaborations, advisory boards, and scientific events • Facilitate initiation and conduct of AbbVie-sponsored clinical trials with clinical operations teams • Gather and share field-based medical intelligence, including clinical practice trends, evidence gaps, and competitive landscape insights • Attend relevant scientific congresses and meetings • Support physicians with named patient or compassionate use access requests where applicable • Conduct all activities in compliance with local laws, regulations, and AbbVie policies

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD or equivalent) in a relevant scientific discipline strongly preferred; candidates with an undergraduate degree and strong relevant experience will also be considered • At least 2 years' experience as an MSL, Clinical Research Associate, or similar field-based role in the pharmaceutical or medical sector • Strong knowledge of clinical research methodology and the pharmaceutical regulatory environment • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Track record of building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability • High standards of scientific integrity and compliance • Fluent English and German
