📋 Description

• Provide appropriate scientific and medical information based on the needs of experts through one-on-one discussions and scientific meetings • Develop scientific partnerships to improve patient care and advance clinical research • Proactively communicate information related to drug safety and clinical study projects • Contribute to the principles of scientific practice and integrity • Participate in organizing and attending regional events • Report to the MSL Manager as part of the Ophthalmology team within the Medical Affairs division

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in medicine, pharmacy, or a scientific field • At least 2 years of experience as an MSL • Expertise and/or experience in ophthalmology would be a strong advantage • Enthusiasm for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration • Strong interpersonal skills • Comfortable organizing and participating in regional events • Proactive communication skills: active listening, public speaking, ability to persuade, clarity, and conciseness • Adaptability when engaging with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external • Solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to challenge the status quo
