📋 Description

• Promote company products academically within the target region and achieve established work objectives • Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals • Conduct continuous and standardized exchanges of medical and product information • Complete all reports required by the company • Collect market developments and product-related insights according to company compliance guidelines • Strictly comply with the company's ethical conduct (OEC) policy and effectively execute marketing plans • Promptly report adverse events related to company products and assist Pharmacovigilance (PV) with information collection when needed • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies while upholding company values and integrity and compliance principles

🎯 Requirements

• 本科及以上学历,医学、药学或相关专业毕业 • 从事两年或以上血液肿瘤领域,生物制剂或特药等医药行业工作经验 • 有外资企业工作背景者优先考虑 • 具备出色的学术专业能力以及较强地判断能力 • 良好地沟通和语言表达能力 • 热爱本职工作,负有责任心,能承受工作压力 • 具有团队合作及吃苦耐劳精神
