📋 Description

• Conduct academic promotion of company products within the target area and achieve established work objectives • Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals • Conduct ongoing, standardized exchanges of medical and product information • Complete company-required reports • Collect market developments and product-related insights according to company compliance guidelines • Execute company marketing plans in strict compliance with the OEC policy • Promptly report adverse events related to company products and support PV information collection when needed • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies • Demonstrate company values and integrity and compliance principles at work

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field • Two or more years of work experience in hematologic oncology, biologics, specialty drugs, or the pharmaceutical industry • Experience in a foreign-invested company preferred • Excellent academic professional capabilities and strong judgment • Good communication and language expression abilities • Passion for the role, sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure • Teamwork spirit and willingness to endure hardship
