📋 Description
• Conduct academic promotion of company products within the target region and achieve established objectives • Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals • Conduct ongoing, standardized communication regarding medical and product information • Complete company-required reports • Collect market developments and product insights in accordance with company compliance guidelines • Execute the company’s marketing plans while strictly following the OEC policy • Report adverse events related to company products and support PV information collection when needed • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies while demonstrating company values and integrity
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field • Two or more years of work experience in hematologic oncology, biologics, specialty drugs, or the pharmaceutical industry • Experience in a foreign-funded company preferred • Excellent academic and professional expertise • Strong judgment and decision-making ability • Good communication and language expression skills • Passion for the role, sense of responsibility, and ability to withstand work pressure • Teamwork spirit and willingness to work hard
