📋 Description

‱ Serve as Acadia’s field-based scientific expert and build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, centers of excellence, and patient advocacy organizations across France ‱ Generate actionable field insights, identify unmet needs, and contribute to evidence generation, launch readiness, and lifecycle management ‱ Lead scientific exchange and medical activities including advisory boards, expert meetings, congress engagements, publications, and educational programs ‱ Drive launch excellence and lifecycle management with the country Medical Director ‱ Build strategic relationships with experts in rare pediatric neurological diseases ‱ Deliver fair, balanced, and compliant medical information on marketed products and pipeline assets ‱ Initiate and drive medical collaborations, investigator-initiated studies, publications, educational initiatives, and speaker development programs ‱ Represent Acadia at national and international congresses and scientific meetings ‱ Gather, analyze, and communicate insights on clinical practice, unmet needs, emerging evidence, competitor activities, and stakeholder perspectives ‱ Advance disease awareness, education, and patient-centered initiatives with Medical Affairs leadership and advocacy organizations ‱ Respond to unsolicited medical information requests ‱ Deliver medical training and scientific support to cross-functional teams ‱ Collaborate with Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Development, and international Medical Affairs teams ‱ Maintain expertise in rare disease and neuroscience landscapes, treatment paradigms, guidelines, emerging therapies, and stakeholder needs

🎯 Requirements

‱ An advanced scientific or medical degree or a related field is required ‱ Ideal candidate: 5 years of relevant industry experience, including 2+ years in field-based (Sr) MSL roles in CNS/neuroscience or rare disease ‱ Proven ability to present complex scientific data clearly and effectively ‱ Highly organized, self-motivated, and quick to learn ‱ Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively ‱ Collaborative, adaptable, and entrepreneurial ‱ Ability to thrive in cross-cultural teams and a fast-growing organization ‱ Readiness to travel up to 70%
