📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy responsive web applications and digital interfaces tailored to business and client requirements • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and marketing specialists to translate user and project requirements into technical specifications • Implement front-end and back-end components with performance, security, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using modern frameworks and languages • Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing websites, applications, and integrations • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and operational support • Monitor and remediate technical issues in live environments • Maintain Git version-control workflows and participate in code reviews • Ensure compliance with accessibility, performance, and security best practices • Stay current with emerging web technologies and propose improvements to architecture, tools, or processes

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web Developer, Full Stack Developer, or similar role in digital product development • Proficiency in HTML, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript (ES6+) • Strong experience with at least one modern front-end framework/library such as React, Vue, or Angular • Solid back-end development skills using Node.js, PHP, Python, Ruby, or similar technologies • Experience building and integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party services • Familiarity with database design and development, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB • Competence with version control systems, especially Git • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-disciplinary teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders • Markdown prompt writing • AI voice experience • Go High Level experience • Capable of editing and refactoring AI-generated code • Understanding of frontend vs backend separation • Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and authentication flows • Understanding of databases, including schema changes and queries • Confidence navigating file structures • Ability to read logs and error messages • Australian hours availability • Preferred but not mandatory: JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency, basic DevOps awareness, familiarity with Git or version control best practices, and experience taking MVPs to production
