• Conduct scheduled phone or video consultations with warm, qualified leads. • Guide prospective students through our program offerings and enrollment process. • Use a consultative approach to identify goals, address concerns, and drive enrollment decisions. • Maintain a full pipeline through consistent follow-up and calendar management. • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven closer with a track record of exceeding quotas in B2C, enrollment, or consultative sales. • Motivated, goal-driven, and energized by income potential. • Excellent communicator with strong empathy, persuasion, and follow-up skills. • Organized and self-disciplined in a remote environment. • Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM tools and video conferencing.
