📋 Description

• Participate as a strategic product representative in the end-to-end sales process and contribute to specific opportunities • Define value propositions and long-term solution strategies to help Sales progress deals • Define and obtain agreement regarding customer requirements • Identify business development opportunities through customer and industry engagements • Advise prospects and customers on solution design options and impacts of system modifications • Ensure client business objectives are addressed through sales and implementation planning • Build presentations, proposals, and papers supporting product solution sales • Collaborate with solution consultants, account representatives, customer managers, project managers, partners, and executive leadership • Develop value propositions across multiple industries and product families • Work independently on medium-complexity accounts and opportunities • Create and execute an individual development plan • Contribute market perspective to solution and product roadmaps • Support product managers and marketing in defining solution differentiators and value maps • Maintain value proposition tools, algorithms, KPIs, and ROI calculators • Communicate business value effectively and overcome customer objections • Perform other duties as assigned • Adhere to corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in software development • Four years of related work experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong collaborative, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to understand and communicate business value to teams, stakeholders, and customers • Excellent facilitation, accountability, leadership, and organizational skills • Ability to operate as a change agent and drive improvements at all levels
