📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure • Monitor network performance, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve issues before they reach users • Partner with the Security team to harden the network and respond to emerging threats • Manage remote access and site-to-site VPN, including client-based VPN for a distributed workforce • Run networking for Virtuozzo and oVirt virtualization clusters and Azure, GCP, and AWS cloud environments • Coordinate with ISPs and vendors on service issues, escalations, and capacity planning • Plan capacity and hardware lifecycle for corporate sites and data centers • Run changes through maintenance windows with tested rollback plans • Own the network supporting internal platforms, data center fabric, virtualization clusters, corporate sites, and cloud connectivity

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years as a network engineer or administrator in a production environment • Strong command of the TCP/IP stack and network design principles • Hands-on experience with dynamic routing, particularly BGP and OSPF • Experience with switches, routers, and firewalls from enterprise vendors such as Juniper, Cisco, Aruba, or Mikrotik • Practical experience with NAT, VLAN, xSTP, LACP, ACLs, QoS, GRE over IPsec, VRF-lite, VRRP, and PBR • Experience with remote access VPN and site-to-site VPN • Experience with cloud networking in at least one of Azure, GCP, or AWS • Proactive approach • Calm and methodical attitude • Strong communication skills • Application and resume must be submitted in English • Successful completion of applicable criminal, education and identity background checks
